Overview & eligibility

The Aminent Labs Partner Program lets an approved individual or entity (a "Partner") refer customers to aminentlabs.com using a unique referral code, in exchange for a commission on qualifying sales. Participation is free.

To join you must have a registered account, be at least 21, provide accurate information, and be approved by us. We review every application by hand and may approve or decline at our discretion. This is a single-tier program: you earn on sales you personally refer. There is no recruiting of sub-partners and no earning on other people's referrals.

Research-use-only messaging (important)

Every Aminent Labs product is sold strictly for laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary use, and is not a drug, supplement, or medical device. As a Partner, everything you publish about our products must reflect that. You must not:

• make or imply any medical, therapeutic, disease-treatment, "anti-aging," weight-loss, muscle-building, or other human- or animal-use benefit;
• provide, suggest, or reference dosing, administration, "how to use," cycles, or protocols for living subjects;
• state or imply the products are safe, effective, or approved for consumption, injection, or any in-vivo use;
• target or market to consumers seeking the products for personal use.

Present the products only as research chemicals for qualified laboratory research. You are responsible for the compliance of your own content and for the laws of your jurisdiction.

Disclosure

Wherever you share your code or link, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission — for example "I earn a commission on purchases made with my code" or a clear "#ad / paid partnership" label. This applies to posts, videos, emails, DMs, and any other channel, in line with FTC endorsement guidelines. Non-disclosure is grounds for withholding commissions and termination.

Referral codes & tracking

On approval you receive a unique referral code and a share link (aminentlabs.com/?ref=YOURCODE). A sale qualifies when your code is applied at checkout — whether the customer entered it manually or arrived through your link, which pre-fills the code for them. When your code is used, the customer receives the buyer discount shown on your dashboard (default 10%).

You may not use your own code on your own orders (self-referrals do not earn a commission), purchase through your code to generate commissions, use undisclosed or misleading advertising, bid on our brand terms in paid search without permission, spam, or misuse our name, logo, or trademarks. Codes are personal to you and may not be sold or listed on coupon/deal aggregator sites without our written permission.

How commissions are earned

You earn a commission (default 20%) of the product subtotal of each qualifying order — that is, the amount the customer paid for goods, after any discounts and excluding shipping and tax. Your specific rate and the buyer discount are shown on your dashboard and may be adjusted with notice.

A commission is created when the order is placed (status "pending"), becomes earned once the order's payment has cleared and it has entered fulfillment, and is voided if the order is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms. We may withhold or claw back commissions tied to invalid, fraudulent, or self-referred orders.

Payouts

Earned commissions become payable after the order's return/refund window has passed (approximately 30 days from fulfillment). We pay out on a monthly schedule once your earned balance is at least $50, using the payout method you selected (PayPal, Zelle, or crypto). Balances below the minimum roll forward. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details; we are not liable for payments sent to an incorrect address you supplied.

Taxes

You participate as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Aminent Labs, and nothing here creates any such relationship. You are solely responsible for all taxes on your commissions. For U.S. persons, if we pay you $600 or more in a calendar year we will require a completed W-9 and will issue a Form 1099. We may withhold payout until valid tax information is on file.

Term, suspension & termination

Either of us may end your participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We may suspend your code and withhold commissions if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, made prohibited claims, engaged in fraud or self-dealing, or created legal or reputational risk. On termination, unpaid commissions that were validly earned and not subject to a violation will be paid at the next scheduled payout; pending or disputed commissions may be forfeited.

Changes & governing law

We may modify the program, commission rate, buyer discount, or these terms at any time; material changes take effect when posted, and your continued participation means you accept them. The program is offered by Aminent Labs LLC and governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
