Compliance & intended use

This website (aminentlabs.com) and all orders placed through it are operated by Aminent Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Aminent Labs”, “we”, “us”), with a mailing address of 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms on this page.

Aminent Labs supplies peptides and related materials strictly for research use only (RUO). Our products are intended solely for in-vitro experimentation and laboratory research conducted by qualified professionals.

Products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and must not be administered to humans or animals. By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified researcher or institution and will use the materials in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Terms of sale

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

By completing a purchase, you agree to use the products in accordance with their research-use-only designation and to indemnify Aminent Labs against any misuse.

Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, institution, or business to purchase. Products may not be resold, relabeled, or supplied for human or animal use.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or a purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, or by binding arbitration seated there.

Shipping & returns

Orders are processed same-day when placed before cut-off and shipped via tracked carriers. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $150. Temperature-sensitive items ship with appropriate protective packaging.

Due to the nature of research materials, we do not accept general returns. If an order arrives damaged or defective, contact support within 48 hours with photographs and we will arrange a replacement where warranted.

Refunds. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method — or, for cryptocurrency orders, to a wallet address you provide — within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order is undeliverable due to our error. Lost or customs-detained shipments are handled per the shipping guarantee communicated at the time of order.

Damaged or lost shipments. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after tracking indicates delivery or the carrier confirms loss, contact support@aminentlabs.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and, for damage, photos of the packaging and vials. We will investigate with the carrier and, at our sole discretion, replace the affected items or issue a refund. This does not apply to items damaged by improper storage or handling after delivery.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process orders and provide support — name, contact details, shipping address, and order history. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment information is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

Cookies & analytics. We use essential cookies for your login session, cart, and age verification, and Google Analytics (GA4), which sets its own non-essential analytics cookies, to understand aggregate site traffic. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See the Privacy Policy for details and how to opt out.

Data retention. We keep account and order records while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet tax, legal, and fraud-prevention obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your rights. Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and California’s CCPA/CPRA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email support@aminentlabs.com.

Information on this site is provided for reference only and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. Aminent Labs makes no warranty beyond the specifications documented in each product’s certificate of analysis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aminent Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.

General terms

Acceptance. Using this site, creating an account, or placing an order means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or order from us. We may revise these terms; the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

Who may order. You must be at least 21 and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm you are acquiring these materials for laboratory research and that you are qualified to handle them safely in an appropriate setting.

Your jurisdiction is your responsibility. Rules covering the purchase, import, possession and handling of research chemicals differ by country, state and municipality, and may include chemical-inventory regimes such as the Toxic Substances Control Act. Confirming that an order is lawful where you are, and that you may lawfully receive it, is your responsibility before you buy.

No onward supply. Materials bought here may not be resold, relabeled, repackaged, combined into another product, or supplied to anyone for use in or on a human or animal body. They are not food, supplements, cosmetics, drugs or medical devices, and must not be presented as any of those.

Site content. The text, photography, branding, product artwork and page design on this site belong to Aminent Labs LLC. You may read and share links freely. Copying, republishing or adapting the material for another commercial purpose requires our written permission.

Prices, stock and orders. Prices and availability can change without notice, and listing an item is not a guarantee we can supply it. Where an obvious pricing or description error appears, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfill at the wrong price. We may also decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including where we believe it is intended for human use — and will refund it if we do.

Indemnity. If a third party brings a claim against us because of how you used, stored, handled, transferred or disposed of something you bought here, or because you breached these terms, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees.

Site availability. We aim to keep the site running continuously but cannot promise uninterrupted access. It may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

Events outside our control. Neither party is responsible for failing to perform because of something genuinely beyond its control — natural disaster, war or terrorism, civil unrest, labour action, government action, carrier failure, or major internet or infrastructure outage. This covers shipping delays, carrier loss and supply interruptions of that kind.

If part of this is unenforceable. Should any provision be held invalid, only that provision is removed; the rest stays in force. Section headings are for navigation and carry no legal weight. Together with the privacy policy, these terms are the whole agreement between us about your use of this site and anything you buy through it, and they replace any earlier discussion or representation.
