Everything on purity, ordering, shipping, and policies. Still stuck? Contact us.
All peptides in our catalog meet a minimum purity of 99% as determined by analytical HPLC. Many exceed 99%. Full purity data is available in the certificate of analysis on our website.
Yes. We publish certificate-of-analysis data documenting the HPLC purity and mass-spec identity results for our products. Certificates are issued by an independent laboratory for the peptide you ordered.
Every batch is verified by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for purity and mass spectrometry for identity, with the results documented on a certificate of analysis. We publish representative certificate-of-analysis data so you can review the methods and thresholds we hold to.
Store lyophilized peptides refrigerated (36–46°F) in a dry place away from light. Once in solution, keep refrigerated; peptides in solution are less stable than the lyophilized powder and should be handled per your laboratory protocol.
Our peptides are designated for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic purposes.
All orders are securely packaged in sealed vials with appropriate padding. Temperature-sensitive peptides ship with cold packs when needed, via tracked carriers.
Yes. We offer volume pricing for institutional and bulk orders. Mix & match discounts apply automatically (3+ → 10%, 6+ → 15%, 10+ → 20%), and custom quotes are available on request.
Checkout is by cryptocurrency (USDC, BTC, ETH, and other major coins) through a secure hosted payment page; your order ships once payment is confirmed. For institutional or bulk orders, contact us to arrange invoicing.
Due to the nature of research peptides and the risk of degradation, we do not accept general returns. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@aminentlabs.com within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement if warranted.
If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we reship at no cost. If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, file a carrier claim first — we will work with you to resolve the situation.
